Dependency Status: Hybrid approach implemented - OpenZeppelin v4.9.6 installed (compatible with Solidity 0.8.19). New WETH contracts (WETH10, CCIPWETH9Bridge, CCIPWETH10Bridge) are independent and don't require OpenZeppelin. Active OpenZeppelin-dependent contracts include CCIPSender, CCIPRouter, MultiSig, and Voting; the historical CCIPRouterOptimized source now lives under archive/solidity/contracts/ccip/.
