defiQUGandCursor 05978ae25c feat(mim): admin QR/brand API, public config hooks, and deploy workflow fix. 
Split mim-api into modular routes, refresh nav brand assets, and pin reusable validate workflow to Order-of-Hospitallers/miracles_in_motion@main.

defiQUGandCursor 58e8f9fdb9 Complete MIM4U A+ evidence: potrace SVG, SiteHeader, and full-site a11y. 
Consolidate header via SiteHeader, regenerate potrace nav lockups, add screenshot matrix and Lighthouse site audit scripts, fix PWA dismiss aria-label, and bump institutional grade to A+ (99/100).

Add transparent nav SVG assets with raster fallbacks, header contrast and focus fixes, automated a11y audit scripts, and evidence reports for institutional review.

Export script generates PNG/WebP/favicons/ZIP and OG image; nav uses symbol on mobile and horizontal lockup on desktop; press kit at #/brand with download links and print-friendly guidelines.
