defiQUGandCursor 05978ae25c feat(mim): admin QR/brand API, public config hooks, and deploy workflow fix. 
Split mim-api into modular routes, refresh nav brand assets, and pin reusable validate workflow to Order-of-Hospitallers/miracles_in_motion@main.

defiQUGandCursor 4e4df13ab1 P1: path routing, prerender shells, E2E, and HelmetProvider donate fix. 
Replace hash URLs with path-based routing, post-build prerender for money pages, Playwright smoke tests, and wrap the app in HelmetProvider so /donate mounts correctly.

Ship VMID 7811 API (assistance, contact, Stripe checkout), wire donate and forms to API with accessible success UI, static LCP shell with deferred React mount, and perf gate tooling (P0 72/2600ms; world-class 85/2500ms tracked separately).

Crop and compress hero outreach-01 to responsive WebP/JPEG variants, serve via picture element with preload; lazy-load Home, Donate, and Assistance routes; isolate framer-motion in its own Vite chunk.

Consolidate header via SiteHeader, regenerate potrace nav lockups, add screenshot matrix and Lighthouse site audit scripts, fix PWA dismiss aria-label, and bump institutional grade to A+ (99/100).

defiQUGandCursor 86646c6f3c Archive Azure docs, drop GH Pages CNAME deploy, and tighten repo hygiene. 
Move legacy deployment guides to docs/archive/azure-deprecated/, replace auto GitHub Pages with artifact upload plus optional pages-preview workflow, update architecture diagram and doc index, and ignore Lighthouse temp artifacts.
