Remove Azure deployment stack; Proxmox 7810 is canonical production.

Delete Static Web Apps workflow, Bicep infra, Azure Functions api/, SWA configs, and Azure-only scripts; document Proxmox deploy path and refresh QuickStart and prerequisites. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
