## Problem solved
Almost the same as https://github.com/thirdweb-dev/js/pull/4122. Made a new PR, because hadn't setup commit signing for graphite, so it failed to merge
Exports the Zod schema for usage events. This way it can be used for validate the message before sending it to the usage tracker queue.
Moved it under core because it is not tied to worker logic and can be used outside workers.
Also exported `UsageEvent` and `usageEventSchema` under node, because I think core is not exported

### TL;DR
