Mann Li FO is the Phoenix-tenant monorepo for Mann Li Family Office, LPBC. The production web presence is a static export built from public/ (pnpm build → public/out/). Releases are promoted to a Phoenix Web App Server: a shared static-hosting tier (e.g. nginx/OpenResty on a dedicated LXC/CT or small VM) where many Gov portals publish files only—so operators sync out/ per app without provisioning a full VM per website. TLS and public hostnames are handled at NPMplus (and DNS at Cloudflare). Optional Gitea Actions (.gitea/workflows/build-public.yml) produces build artifacts; Phoenix or rsync pushes to the Web App Server docroot.
