OMNL

Status

Public service status.

This page identifies the monitored public-root surfaces, current GRU public-data interpretation, and generated record boundaries.

Plain-language reading

The public reserve picture is qualified, not empty.

OMNL is currently publishing a zero reserve-capacity figure, but that does not mean every monetary layer is zero. The same public API publishes a non-zero M00 value and a much larger M1 value. The unresolved issue is proof and reconciliation quality: the proof quorum is not passed and the triple-state check is not aligned.

This page therefore treats the reserve record as a qualified transparency snapshot. It avoids two common mistakes: describing M00 as zero, or converting unpublished M0 and XAU fields into asserted zero balances.
