Abstract
This whitepaper frames the economic problem, the data model, and the reproducibility boundary for OMNL and DBIS publication surfaces.
Method
Joint publications split responsibilities between OMNL economic interpretation and DBIS technical measurement, with a single citation policy and a shared rights gate.
