Abstract
This whitepaper frames the economic problem, the data model, and the reproducibility boundary for OMNL and DBIS publication surfaces.
Method
DBIS publications combine chain observations, protocol registries, and reproducibility checks. Where provider data is cited, the publication uses the rights register to determine whether only derived values, hashes, or metadata may be disclosed.
